Based in Sugar Land, Texas, Font Design Studio is built on a foundation of experience, creativity, and thoughtful collaboration. With a deep understanding of both commercial and residential architecture, I approach every project with one goal: to design spaces that not only look great but work seamlessly for the people who use them.
From bustling retail hubs and vibrant hospitality venues to healthcare, office, and educational facilities — I bring practical expertise and bold ideas to the table. On the residential side, I craft everything from custom homes and townhomes to large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments.

Ginevra Font
PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Ginevra Font is the founder and principal of Font Design Studio, with more than 17 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and project management. She graduated in 2000 from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas in Mexico and has led diverse commercial and residential projects both in the U.S. and internationally.
Before establishing FDS in 2014, Ginevra worked as a Project Manager at respected firms including Identity Architects, CIVE Consulting, and C. Davis Wilson & Associates. Earlier in her career, she also gained valuable architectural experience with several firms in Mexico.
Her leadership blends technical expertise with creative vision, ensuring each project is functional, thoughtful, and uniquely tailored to client needs.
John Jolivette
PROJECT MANAGER
John Jolivette is one of our dedicated Project Managers here at Font Design Studio. He brings a deep-rooted passion for architecture and has a proven track record in delivering exceptional architectural projects across diverse sectors, including retail, restaurants, residential, education, and industrial applications.
John graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. During his time at university, he participated in a study abroad program in Italy and since then has made it a point to travel the world to gain a global perspective on the profession.

Alexandra Rocha
PROJECT MANAGER
Alexndra is a Project Manager at Font Design Studio, bringing an eagerness for design and a diverse background in architectural projects including retail, restaurant, and residential developments. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she also studied abroad in Italy, contributing to a design proposal for the City of Urbino. Her experiences both locally and internationally continue to shape her approach, as she draws inspiration from travel and cultural exploration to inform her work in architecture and interior design.
Sofia Liquitay
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Sofia Liquitay approaches every situation with thoughtful calm and quiet determination. She faces challenges with steady focus and careful attention, blending resilience with a gentle sense of understanding. Her composed and considerate nature helps her navigate complexities with grace and patience.
Rooted in experience yet open to growth, Sofia embraces new opportunities with a balanced perspective. She meets obstacles with perseverance and humility, inspiring those around her through sincere dedication and thoughtful leadership. Sofia’s presence is marked by a quiet strength that leaves a meaningful and lasting impact.
